| Total Nitrogen (N) | 2.0% |
|---|---|
| Available Phosphate (P2O5) | 3.0% |
| Soluble Potash (K2O) | 1.0% |
| Calcium (Ca) | 0.5% |
Available Phosphate (P₂O₅) supports root development, energy transfer, and early structural growth by providing a form of phosphorus that plants can absorb and use quickly.
Calcium is important because it builds and stabilizes plant cells as they form, acting as the structural support that keeps new growth strong and functional. Unlike other nutrients that drive color or speed of growth, calcium’s role is unique because it controls cell wall strength and membrane stability, making it essential for healthy roots, shoots, and long-term plant resilience rather than quick visual results.
Citric acid helps improve nutrient availability by gently lowering pH and binding certain minerals so they stay more usable for roots, which can reduce common lockout symptoms like pale new growth. It’s unique because it influences nutrient behavior beyond pH alone, making it especially helpful when nutrients are present but not being absorbed efficiently.
Fish protein provides a slow, biology-driven nitrogen supply that supports steady leaf and stem growth while also feeding root-zone microbes that unlock nutrients over time. It’s unique because plants don’t use the protein directly, so it releases more gradually than fast nitrogen sources, which can reduce sudden burn but requires an active, well-aerated root zone to work well.
Lactic acid is important because it helps make the leaf surface less friendly for fungal spores by temporarily lowering surface pH, which can reduce early spread during humid conditions. It’s unique because it works mainly by changing surface conditions rather than feeding the plant, adding living microbes, or relying on a highly targeted chemical mode of action.
Soluble potash (K2O) is important because it helps plants control water use, move sugars to new growth and fruit, and build stronger, higher-quality structure under stress. It’s unique from many other nutrients because it acts more like a regulator and transport helper than a direct “building material,” so the biggest benefits show up as steadier growth, stronger stems, and better finishing instead of just bigger leaves.
Total Nitrogen is important because it directly drives leafy growth, chlorophyll production, and overall growth speed, which sets the pace for the entire plant. It’s unique because the “total” number can include different nitrogen forms that behave differently in the root zone, meaning the same total amount can produce very different results depending on the nitrogen type and plant stage.
Natural rock phosphate is different because it releases phosphorus slowly as the root zone and soil biology unlock it, so it builds long-term fertility instead of causing a fast nutrient spike. That slow, reserve-style supply is important because phosphorus drives root energy and flowering, and it also helps avoid the micronutrient imbalances that can happen when phosphorus is pushed too quickly.
Vegetable protein acts like a hybrid: it can contribute gentle organic nitrogen, but its unique value is how it supports root-zone biology and stress recovery through amino acids and peptides, which is different from purely mineral fertilizers that mainly deliver salts and quick growth.
