While every effort is made to keep product pricing accurate and updated, availability and pricing are not guaranteed. If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be notified promptly. Your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement. By making a purchase from Provision Gardens, you agree not to request a chargeback from your bank or credit card provider and instead work directly with us to resolve any issues under our product guarantee.

Discounts and Promotions

If an item is advertised as discounted, the discount will be applied at checkout before shipping and taxes.

International Orders and Shipping

By placing an order with Provision Gardens, you confirm that you have reviewed your local laws before purchasing. You are responsible for any additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Provision Gardens is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

Free Shipping (Conditions Apply)

Free shipping is available for qualifying orders, excluding oversized items. The order subtotal before taxes and after discounts must meet the free shipping threshold. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier, including Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator, based on speed and cost. If we cannot economically ship an item, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order. Most carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box for a free shipping order, we may require an alternative address.

Provision Rewards

Provision Rewards points have no cash value. Provision Gardens reserves the right to refuse reward points or terminate the program at its discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed at Provision Gardens locations and online. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Balances cannot be combined, transferred, or reloaded. Provision Gardens is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift Cards do not expire and have no additional fees.
