Shipping Policy
At Provision Gardens, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders, excluding oversized items. Eligibility is based on the pre-tax order subtotal. If discounts or promotions reduce your subtotal below the required threshold, free shipping will no longer apply.
During checkout, you may see carrier options available for your area. While we always consider your selection, we reserve the right to ship your order with a different courier if it provides faster or more reliable delivery. This complimentary upgrade is made at no additional cost to you. Carriers may include Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, Dicom, and others.
Please note that free shipping is available only to eligible Canadian addresses, and some remote or rural areas may be excluded. Most carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address with free shipping selected, we may contact you for an alternative address.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Provision Gardens is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping
If you are placing an international order, please review your local laws, regulations, and import restrictions before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, border fees, or local handling charges.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Provision Gardens cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for delays caused by customs clearance, the courier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
We always strive to use the carrier that provides the best service for your destination. Even if you select a preferred courier during checkout, we reserve the right to ship your order with a different courier if it offers faster or more reliable delivery. This upgrade will be provided at no extra charge.
