Grow Genius Mono Silicic Acid is a plant-available silicon nutrient designed to strengthen natural growth and plant defences for tougher, healthier plants. This silicon supplement supports stronger plant structure and steadier performance when growing conditions get demanding.
Built around mono-silicic acid, this product delivers silicon in a form plants can use directly. Mono-silicic acid is also known as orthosilicic acid (silicic acid), and it’s the form associated with fast silicon uptake and visible structural support. Grow Genius describes it as a pH neutral source of plant-available silicon, which keeps the focus on clean support for plant strength without forcing your overall program to revolve around it.
Silicon’s role here is straightforward: reinforce the plant so it can keep growing with less slowdown from common pressure points. Grow Genius highlights bigger, healthier plants and stronger natural defences, with increased resistance to fungal pathogens such as powdery mildew, botrytis, and black spot. When those issues are a recurring concern, plant-available silicon can be a practical way to support sturdier tissues and help plants hold quality through the cycle.
Grow Genius Mono Silicic Acid is also positioned for increased resistance to biting and piercing pests, specifically thrips, mites, and aphids. Alongside pest and pathogen pressure, it’s described for increased resistance to heat stress and water stress, plus high winds and damage from pruning. That makes it a useful option for growers who want plants that stay composed when temperatures swing, moisture becomes inconsistent, or physical stress shows up during routine handling.
For root-zone conditions, Grow Genius notes support related to toxicity from heavy metals and other undesirable elements in soil. That focus on resilience is paired with broad versatility: it’s described as being for all plants in all settings, and it’s suited to root-zone and foliar application. The result is a silicon additive that can fit into a wide range of garden styles, from early propagation through late-stage growth, when plant strength and stress resistance matter most.
This is a good fit for growers who want a pH neutral, plant-available silicon nutrient built around mono-silicic acid to support stronger plants, stress resistance, and more reliable protection against common fungal pathogens and biting and piercing pests.
Step-by-step mixing and feeding instructions for Grow Genius Mono Silicic Acid - 500 ML.
Fill your reservoir or watering container with clean, room-temperature water first. Shake the bottle of Grow Genius Mono Silicic Acid - 500 ML well before every use. Using the feeding schedule below, measure the recommended dose and add it directly to the water while stirring. Allow the solution to mix fully before adding any other fertilizers, additives, or supplements.
Always add nutrients to water — not the other way around. Mix thoroughly between products to ensure an even, stable nutrient solution.

General safety precautions
Read and follow all instructions on the product label and any accompanying documentation before use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Avoid breathing vapours, mist, or dust that may be generated during handling or use.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as protective gloves, long sleeves, long pants and closed-toe footwear. When there is a risk of splashing or airborne particles, use safety glasses or other suitable eye and face protection.
First aid – skin contact
IF ON SKIN OR HAIR: Remove contaminated clothing immediately. Rinse skin with clean water for several minutes, then wash with mild soap and water. If irritation or redness develops and persists, seek medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
First aid – eye contact
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with clean water for several minutes, keeping eyelids open. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If irritation persists, obtain medical advice.
First aid – ingestion and inhalation
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a medical professional. Seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
IF INHALED: Move the person to fresh air and keep them comfortable for breathing. If coughing, breathing difficulty, dizziness or other symptoms occur, seek medical assistance.

| Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) | 19.0% |

| Alcohol Ethoxylates | 15.0% |
Alcohol ethoxylates improve water penetration, spread, and nutrient distribution in the root zone, helping plants absorb moisture and nutrients more evenly for healthier, more consistent growth.
It’s important because it helps spray droplets spread and coat leaves evenly, which can improve consistency and reduce waste from beading and runoff. It’s unique from most other “plant ingredients” because it doesn’t feed the plant directly—it improves how other spray ingredients are delivered and perform on the leaf surface.
Ethylpolysilicate supplies silicon in a form that becomes plant-available after reacting with moisture, helping plants build tougher tissues and handle stress more smoothly. It’s important because it supports structure and resilience rather than acting like a typical growth-driving nutrient, and it’s unique because its value shows up most as stronger leaves and stems and steadier performance under heat, light, dryness, and other pressure.
Silicon dioxide supports plant resilience by helping plants build tougher stems and leaves and handle stress better, making it unique because it acts more like structural reinforcement than a direct growth “fuel” like major nutrients.
Polyether helps water spread and soak in more evenly on leaves and in the root zone, which can improve consistency in how plants actually receive moisture and dissolved materials. It’s unique because it changes water behavior at very low amounts, unlike nutrients that feed the plant directly, so the main risk is imbalance from overuse rather than a deficiency.
It is different because it is a reactive precursor that has to transform in moisture before it can contribute to plant-available dissolved silicon, so the root zone conditions determine whether it supports stronger tissue and stress resilience or instead condenses into deposits that plants can’t use. Many other silicon sources arrive closer to an immediately available dissolved form, so they act more directly and with different management risks.
