Green Planet Nutrients GPF Uptake is a water-soluble fulvic acid supplement designed to promote nutrient uptake and support plant health across the full growth cycle. This low molecular weight humic acid additive is built for growers who want a dependable nutrient uptake additive that helps make more of their nutrition available to the plant.
GPF Uptake promotes the uptake of macro and micronutrients that can otherwise be harder for plants to access. Its natural nutrient chelation helps make larger nutrient molecules more mobile and available, then helps transport nutrients to the parts of the plant where they’re needed most. That combination supports plant health and vitality while keeping overall productivity moving in the right direction through both vegetative growth and flowering.
As a water-soluble fulvic acid supplement, GPF Uptake is positioned for flexibility across common grow styles. It’s designed for use in hydroponic systems and is also suitable for soil and soilless media, including drain to waste and recirculating setups. The same product is also listed as suitable for foliar application, giving growers another suitability option when they want this fulvic acid supplement available beyond the root zone.
A compact facts layer helps keep it clear: GPF Uptake is labeled 0-1-1. The formula is derived from monopotassium phosphate and potassium sulfate, and it also contains humic acids derived from humalite, tying the product’s function directly to both nutrient inputs and its low molecular weight humic acid character. If you want a low molecular weight humic acid product that supports nutrient availability without adding complexity, this is built to stay focused on nutrient uptake.
This is a good fit for growers who want a water-soluble fulvic acid supplement that benefits the plant during the entire growth cycle, supports plant structure in flowering, and fits hydroponics, soil and soilless media, and foliar application suitability in one streamlined nutrient uptake additive.
Step-by-step mixing and feeding instructions for Green Planet Nutrients GPF Uptake - 1 Litre.
Fill your reservoir or watering container with clean, room-temperature water first. Shake the bottle of Green Planet Nutrients GPF Uptake - 1 Litre well before every use. Using the feeding schedule below, measure the recommended dose and add it directly to the water while stirring. Allow the solution to mix fully before adding any other fertilizers, additives, or supplements.
Always add nutrients to water — not the other way around. Mix thoroughly between products to ensure an even, stable nutrient solution.
Vegetative stage — GPF
Flowering stage — GPF

| Available Phosphate (P2O5) | 1.0% |

| Humic Acid | 0.06% |
Available Phosphate (P₂O₅) supports root development, energy transfer, and early structural growth by providing a form of phosphorus that plants can absorb and use quickly.
Humic acid is important because it improves root health and nutrient uptake by keeping minerals available, stabilizing the root zone, and supporting beneficial biology, which makes growth more consistent. It’s unique because it doesn’t act like a direct nutrient boost—its main power is improving the root environment so plants can use what’s already there more efficiently.
Soluble potash (K2O) is important because it helps plants control water use, move sugars to new growth and fruit, and build stronger, higher-quality structure under stress. It’s unique from many other nutrients because it acts more like a regulator and transport helper than a direct “building material,” so the biggest benefits show up as steadier growth, stronger stems, and better finishing instead of just bigger leaves.
Humalite improves the root-zone environment by boosting humic substances that help soil hold water and nutrients more evenly, making uptake steadier and growth less stressful. It is unique because it focuses on long-term buffering and structure rather than acting like a quick nutrient shot.
Monopotassium phosphate provides fast phosphorus and potassium that support energy use, nutrient flow, and bloom development without adding nitrogen, so it helps flowering progress cleanly without pushing extra leafy growth. It’s unique because it delivers a focused PK boost in a highly soluble form, which can correct stage-related demand quickly, but it must be used carefully to avoid potassium-heavy imbalances that can block calcium and magnesium uptake.
Potassium sulfate is often preferred because it supplies potassium without added chloride and also provides sulfur, which supports protein-building and efficient nutrient use, making it a cleaner, balanced option when plants are sensitive to chloride or when you want potassium without pushing extra nitrogen or phosphorus.
