At Provision Gardens, we are committed to ensuring that every product sold is new, unused, and free from pests or diseases. To protect our customers, we do not re-sell returned or exchanged items. All approved returns are shipped back to the manufacturer or distributor, and restocking fees may apply.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days. For in-store purchases, the 7-day period begins on the date of purchase. For online purchases, the 7-day period begins on the date the product is received by the customer.
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by the Provision Gardens location where the item was purchased. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns must be authorized by the Provision Gardens location of purchase before being shipped or dropped off, and returns must be made at the original location of purchase. Once the product is returned, our team will inspect it and notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether you qualify for an in-store credit or replacement. If approved, we will either replace the product or issue an in-store credit.
Non-defective returns or exchanges may be considered, subject to approval by the Provision Gardens location of purchase. Approval and conditions may vary between locations due to the cost and logistics of returning items to the manufacturer or distributor. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the manufacturer’s or distributor’s return policy. Restocking fees are applied because all returns are shipped back to the manufacturer or distributor to ensure every customer purchase remains completely new. Items must be unopened, unused, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. All returns must be processed at the original location of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances: hazardous products such as Hydrogen Peroxide, pH Up, pH Down, and other chemicals; soil and growing media of any type; perishable goods including organic fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, flowers, plants, and seeds; gift cards; special orders; and sale items (final sale).
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. We recommend using proper packaging and tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery. If the returned item is deemed not defective or not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and Provision Gardens is not responsible for shipping it back to the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will be disclosed prior to completing a return or exchange.
